I fell in love with this fun and colourful print the moment I saw it!
This Italian viscose jersey features tons of beautiful shoes flying in all directions. I just love how colourful and joyful it feels! The fabric is very soft and has a beautiful drape. I wanted to choose a pattern which would show off the print in all its glory, so I went for the Tessuti Mandy Boat Tee.
It’s a free pattern and is a very simple loose tshirt with a dropped shoulder and a boat neckline. I think it’s perfect for this fabric and print! It was a very quick sew.
I used a coverstitch machine for the neckline, sleeve and bodice hems, and an overlocker for the main construction.
I absolutely love the result and how versatile it is! This print has so many colours, that I can wear this tshirt with all kinds and colours of bottoms, and of course it looks great with jeans as well.
The fabric is very pleasant to the skin and I enjoyed wearing it loose and also tucked into the jeans. Just looking at this print made me feel joy and I know it will get lots of wear this summer! Thanks EBT for stocking such unique, high quality and beautiful fabrics!”
