Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the website. All site users agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws.

SALES TERMS
At Elliott Berman Textiles, we stand by the quality of our products and guarantee on-time delivery. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the color and quality of the fabrics they order. If you’re unsure about a fabric's characteristics (such as color or quality), we strongly encourage you to request a swatch. As stated in our Sample Department, we offer up to 5 swatch requests complimentary.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed (excluding Annual Sale and other major sale periods). If you need to adjust your order (e.g., increase/decrease yardage or change an item), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order (we recommend emailing us with your order number as reference), before the fabrics are cut.

Please note that due to the structure of our website, yard fractions (e.g., 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4) cannot be entered directly. However, we understand the importance of exact yardage for sewing projects. To address this, we recommend rounding up your required yardage to the next whole number (e.g., 1-1/2 yards should be entered as 2 yards), and leaving the exact amount needed in the comment box for the specific item.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
On our website, we offer a variety of promotions, which are categorized as either permanent or temporary. These include:

• A 10% discount promotion (permanently available on first online orders)
• A 15% discount promotion (permanently available on all orders placed by Friends of PR Members)
• Free Shipping (permanently available on domestic orders of $150+)
• Temporary seasonal promotions, such as Weekly Deals and others

Please note that our 50% Off Annual Sale promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion, except for Free Shipping or Gift Certificates.

RETURN POLICY
We are committed to offering products of the highest quality and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the fabric in new condition (not laundered or cut) and its original packaging for a store credit or full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 15 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. We encourage you to make your return promptly, as fabric availability may be limited and replacements may not always be available.

Important note regarding roll-end fabrics: These items are the last cuts in our collection and are removed from inventory once purchased. Therefore, the roll-end fabrics are a final sale product.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEES
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. During Free Shipping promotions, we reserve the right to choose the shipping service, which may include either UPS or USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES
International orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) or DHL Express. The shipping cost is based on the weight and dimensions of the packaged order. We will contact the customer with the shipping fees once the order is ready to be shipped. We make every effort to secure the most affordable shipping rates from these two services.

Please note that if the fabrics have already been cut and/or packed, the order cannot be canceled for a refund. We are able to offer store credit only in such cases. If you have concerns about shipping fees before placing an order, please reach out to us via "Chat with us" or email, providing style numbers and the quantities of the fabrics you are interested in. We will be happy to estimate the shipping fees for your order.

PRIVACY
We guarantee our customers' information will not be sold, distributed, or used against them. Please, update all the information regarding your shipping address, billing address, or credit card.

* Any picture will be removed immediately if not considered to belong to Elliott Berman Textiles and claimed by another individual or company.

DESIGNER NAMES & FABRICS
Designer fabrics featured in our online collection or other digital platforms are authentic and sourced from surplus stock. Some designer names mentioned are used solely for educational purposes and to study fashion trends. Elliott Berman Textiles is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any of the designer brands referenced on our website or other online channels.
