Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless you choose an expedited method of shipping. If you prefer to use a different service (e.g. USPS), please, email to info@elliottbermantextiles.com or call at 212-764-0180 to discuss it. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• International orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority depending on the weight) or DHL Express. Lately USPS rates went up; and as we want our customers to be satisfied with shipping fees, we do our best to compare  USPS and DHL Express shipping rates for every single order. So, please, always rely on us and know that we got your back when it comes to shipping your order. 
  
  
• International orders are not provided a shipping rate at check out, as it depends on your order's weight and dimensions. We'll contact you as soon as possible. 

Each order is provided a tracking number for you to know the arrival date.
